Must have Intro to Sewing or equivalent experience - i.e. have used a sewing machine before, can work with fabric on a basic level.

Interested in sewing, but not sure if it’s your cup of tea? Join us for an intro course! Learn the basics of sewing (threading a machine, backstitching and turning corners, basic stitches and straight seams) while making a simple clutch. This is the perfect class to test the waters with sewing and help you build skills so you can tackle tougher projects.
Limited to 6 adult (16+) students.
NOTE: For this class, we will use the Sew Crafty machines to complete our project. If you are interested in learning more about your machine, check out our Getting to Know Your Sewing Machine class!

Are you tired of knitting flat squares and rectangles? Join us as we create a cowl knitting in the round with circular needles.
For this class you will need to bring 1 pair of US Size 7 circular needles (16” in length) and 250 yards of worsted weight yarn (approx. 2 skeins). A solid colored, wool or wool blend yarn would work best.
