Etsy Sunday - Wiggle Perfumes
I have been thinking a lot about smells lately. That may sound weird, but, as those who know me well are aware, I have a nose like a bloodhound. I can smell cinnamon from two towns over, get a headache if anyone wearing musk crosses my path on a windy day and can’t stand more than 5 minutes in a room that has previously held anything sandalwood.
So it takes a lot to make a smell that I go gaga over, which is why I went to Etsy immediately after finding a bottle of
Speakeasy Vanilla perfume oil from Wiggle in my sister’s room!
It’s grown-up-but-still-sweet-smell, the gorgeous, vintage glamor of the packaging - this is what Etsy is all about. People who make beautiful things!
Don’t think I didn’t grab up a bottle of apricot vanilla too…
Etsy Sunday - Ugly Baby
Ugly Baby. I have been told never to even imply that a baby is less than adorable. That a response of “That’s some baby you got there” is not preferable when shown a baby. Which somehow brings me to Melissa P’s favorite Etsian, Ugly Baby! Each of these thoughtfully made shower art pieces offers great advice or warnings of impending doom - some of my favorites: who not to marry and why to stay out of the ocean next week!
Etsy Sunday - KnottybyNature Designs
Simple is beautiful, no one knows this better than KnottybyNature Designs. Elegant, minimalist designs like birds and nature-inspired prints make up this unique shop run by Houston’s own Erin B!
